My name is Roe. I wrote a journal/blog called "metrocake," which ran from 1999-2004.
I started that journal a few days after I got engaged to be married, and it noted quite a few major events in my life: planning for our wedding, our wedding day, the death of my father, and the deaths of my grandparents.
In 2004, it also announced my separation from my husband.
I decided that with this new chapter of my life, a new blog was also in order -- and thus, "ultramegawow," a blog about life here in Queens New York, NY.
